Per le firme elettroniche occorre fare riferimento al Regolamento UE n. 910\/2014, \u201cin materia di\u00a0identificazione elettronica e servizi fiduciari per le transazioni elettroniche nel mercato interno e\u00a0che abroga la direttiva 1999\/93\/CE\u201d (chiamata<\/em> \u201ceIDAS<\/strong>\u201d, cio\u00e8 Electronic IDentification
\nAuthentication and Signature).
\nCon riguardo a tale Regolamento \u00e8 stato modificato il D.Lgs. 82\/2005<\/strong> (Codice dell\u2019amministrazione\u00a0digitale \u2013 siglato<\/em> C.A.D.<\/strong>), mediante l\u2019abrogazione all\u2019art. 1, ad opera del D.Lgs.\u00a0179\/2016, delle definizioni prima previste di firma elettronica, firma elettronica avanzata e firma\u00a0elettronica qualificata e rinvio a quelle riportate all\u2019art. 3 del Regolamento citato.<\/p>\n

FIRMA ELETTRONICA: semplice o avanzata<\/strong><\/p>\n

Primo tipo: SEMPLICE<\/strong> (debole o leggera)<\/em>
