PREMESSA<\/p>\n

Il DL 30.4.2019 n. 34, pubblicato sulla G.U. 30.4.2019 n. 100, \u00e8 stato battezzato dai nostri Politici \u201cDecreto Crescita\u201d.<\/p>\n

E\u2019 entrato in vigore il 1\u00b0 maggio 2019, ma \u2013 come ormai d\u2019abitudine – per numerose disposizioni, sono previste specifiche\u00a0decorrenze.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ricordiamo che il D.L. dovr\u00e0 essere convertito in legge entro 60 giorni: ne deriva che le norme infra illustrare \u2013 pur se gi\u00e0 in\u00a0vigore – sono suscettibili di modifiche ed integrazioni successive.<\/span><\/p>\n
