Premessa<\/strong><\/p>\n

I commi da 54 a 89 della Legge n. 190 del 23.12.2014 (la legge di stabilit\u00e0<\/em> 2015<\/em>) disciplina il regime\u00a0fiscale agevolato per gli autonomi (c.d. \u201cforfetario\u201d<\/em>), destinato agli esercenti attivit. d\u2019impresa,\u00a0<\/span>di arte o professione in forma individuale<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Il regime . stato per alcuni aspetti modificato dalla Legge n. 145 del 30.12.2018 (la legge di\u00a0<\/em>bilancio 2019<\/em>), a decorrere dal 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le modifiche hanno riguardato:
\n1. L\u2019innalzamento del tetto massimo dei ricavi per essere \u201cforfettario\u201d;
\n2. i requisiti per l\u2019accesso e la permanenza nel regime;
\n3. le cause che impediscono di essere forfettario derivanti:
\n-> dal possesso di partecipazioni societarie;
\n-> dallo svolgimento di rapporti di lavoro.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
