Pi\u00f9 unit\u00e0 immobiliari in STESSO COMUNE.<\/p>\n<p>1. Un immobile \u00e8 in compropriet\u00e0 fra i coniugi e viene dichiarato \u201cabitazione\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">principale\u201d (residenza + dimora) di uno solo dei coniugi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>-&gt; l\u2019agevolazione non viene totalmente persa, ma spetta solo ad uno dei due coniugi.<\/p>\n<p>2. Un figlio facente prima parte del nucleo familiare, trasferisce residenza e dimora in\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">altro immobile e, quindi, costituisce un nuovo nucleo familiare,<\/span><\/p>\n<p>-&gt; il genitore perde solo l\u2019eventuale maggiorazione della detrazione.<\/p>\n<p>II. Stesso nucleo familiare con membri che hanno residenza in Comuni diversi:\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">ATTENZIONE A DIMOSTRARE LA DIMORA ABITUALE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Il tema ha generato un considerevole contenzioso anche per l\u2019interpretazione estensiva\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">fornita dal MEF.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div
