{"id":2645,"date":"2020-05-12T08:55:32","date_gmt":"2020-05-12T06:55:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.studioaghem.com\/?p=2645"},"modified":"2020-05-13T08:59:41","modified_gmt":"2020-05-13T06:59:41","slug":"notizieflash-2020-18-scadnze-rinvii-nuovi-decreti-e-conversione-dei-vecchi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.studioaghem.com\/?p=2645","title":{"rendered":"NotizieFlash.2020.18 SCADNZE &#8211; RINVII  &#8211; NUOVI DECRETI E CONVERSIONE DEI VECCHI"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<div style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; color: #000000;\">\n<div>In attesa di conoscere il nuovo decreto &#8220;RIPRESA&#8221;\u00a0<em>(che avrebbe dovuto uscire in aprile<\/em> e<em> che proprio in queste ore e minuti \u00e8 oggetto di aspri confronti nel Governo, nelle Commissioni e con le parti sociali)<\/em>, abbiamo cercato di mettere ordine le imminenti scadenze degli adempimenti e dei versamenti: <u>sappiate che potranno essere nuovamente rettificate dall\u2019approvazione e pubblicazione del citato Decreto \u201cRIPRESA\u201d.<\/u><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Comunque, <u>ad oggi<\/u>, la situazione dei Decreti Legge \u00e8 la seguente:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><u>D.L. \u201cCURA ITALIA\u201d:\u00a0\u00a0 \u00e8 il n. 18 del 17 marzo 2020 <\/u><u>\u00e8 stato convertito<\/u> con modifiche dalla legge n. 27 del 24 aprile 2020 su G.U. del 29 aprile 2020<\/div>\n<div>Attenzione: questo Decreto \u201cincorpora\u201d anche le disposizioni pi\u00f9 rilevanti del D.L. 9\/2020, del D.L. 11\/2020 e del D.L. 14\/2020 che NON SONO STATI CONVERTITI in Legge.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><u>D.L. \u201cLIQUIDITA\u201d: \u00e8 il n. 23 dell\u20198 aprile 2020<\/u>\u00a0su G .U. 94 dell\u20198 aprile 2020\u00a0<em><u>dovr\u00e0 essere convertito in legge entro il 7 giugno 2020.<\/u><\/em><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><u>D.L<em>. \u201cR<\/em>ILANCIO<em>\u201d<\/em>:\u00a0<em>sta per essere approvato, ma il testo definitivo non \u00e8 ancora disponibile.
