derivante dall\u2019applicazione del divieto fornendo alcuni esempi pratici e quotidiani e chiarendo che l\u2019origine della norma non \u00e8 fiscale: tuttavia da un lato, potrebbe innescare conseguenze fiscali da non sottovalutare, e \u2013 dall\u2019altro lato &#8211;\u00a0 potrebbe essere applicata in occasione di verifiche fiscali con applicazione di ulteriori sanzioni;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><strong>II\u00b0)<\/strong> Il \u201ccredito di imposta\u201d cui hanno diritto Imprese e Professionisti con volume di affari inferiore a 400 mila euro: il credito di imposta \u00e8 pari al 30% delle commissioni pagate a partire dal 2019 al sistema bancario sui pagamenti \u201celettronici\u201d (ad esempio POS): \u00e8 una norma passata un po\u2019 in silenzio che, soprattutto per alcuni piccoli commercianti, potrebbe essere \u201cutile\u201d per recuperare parte
