font-family: 'Calibri'; color: #000000;\">vogliamo fissare la Vostra attenzione su tre argomenti:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la conversione in legge del Decreto Legge n. 17 del 1\u00b0 marzo 2022 intitolato \u201cMisure urgenti per il contenimento dei costi dell&#8217;energia elettrica e del gas naturale, per lo sviluppo delle energie rinnovabili e per il rilancio delle politiche industriali.\u201d e soprannominato \u201cDecreto Energia\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il Decreto, dopo tutto l\u2019iter parlamentare nei 60 giorni successivi alla sua pubblicazione, pare sia stato definitivamente convertito in legge, ma non ancora pubblicato su Gazzetta Ufficiale.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u2019imminente pubblicazione del nuovo Decreto Legge gi\u00e0 soprannominato PNRR2 con l\u2019analisi delle novit\u00e0 quasi certe;<\/li>\n<li>ultime notizie in tema di esenzione dall\u2019IMU per l\u2019abitazione principale di immobili di propriet\u00e0 di ciascuno dei due coniugi diversamente residenti, sperando che per la prossima scadenza di pagamento di tale imposta (gioved\u00ec 16 giugno 2022) si possano condividere serenamente le impostazioni da assumere nel rispetto della normativa vigente e chiarita dal Ministro Franco.
